These terms govern your use of Maison Beurre Pâtisserie's website and services. By using this site, placing a pickup order, or commissioning a custom cake, you agree to them.
Orders & pickup
Online orders are for in-store pickup at 184 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn. Payment is taken in store at pickup unless otherwise arranged. Pickup window: 8am–noon, Tuesday through Sunday.
Custom cakes
Custom celebration cakes require a minimum two-week lead time. A 50% deposit is collected at booking; the balance is due at pickup. Cancellations more than seven days before pickup receive a full deposit refund; within seven days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Allergens
All products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, copy, brand marks — is the property of Maison Beurre Pâtisserie or its licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Beurre Pâtisserie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brooklyn, NY. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
